The High-Elasticity Series utilizes high-tenacity elastic polyester or spandex-core yarns to deliver excellent stretch recovery (20–40% elongation) and dynamic conformability. Key items include *6 High-Elastic-B and *6 High-Elastic-A (formerly “Nylon-Look Elastic”), typically woven in compact twill or high-density plain constructions. While maintaining robust tensile strength, these fabrics offer bi-directional or weft-wise stretch—ideal for high-movement components: backpack adjustment straps, MOLLE webbing, sportswear paneling, folding chair mesh, and sleeping bag drawcord channels. High-Elastic-A prioritizes nylon-like aesthetics and cost efficiency; High-Elastic-B focuses on maximum resilience and abrasion resistance. All are sanforized for dimensional stability and compatible with lamination (e.g., TPU, foam) for multi-functional integration.
