The PU-Coated Series features high-density polyester or nylon base fabrics laminated with a polyurethane (PU) coating, delivering balanced waterproofing (hydrostatic head: 1000–3000mm), water repellency, abrasion resistance, and flexibility. Key items include D Nylon-Look-B PU, *3-120T PU, x4-64T PU, and *6-82T PU suede-finish—spanning lightweight (64T) to ultra-tight weaves (120T). The soft handfeel and foldability make these fabrics ideal for mid-tier backpacks, luggage shells, tent inner tents, rainwear, and footwear uppers. The *6-82T PU suede variant is favored in fashion-forward bags for its matte texture, while denser constructions like *5-68T PU offer enhanced moisture barrier for dry sacks. Cost-effective and dye-stable, this series supports jigger or jet dyeing, offering reliable performance for mass-market outdoor and travel products.
