Engineered for extreme environments, our OEM tent fabrics feature 1200D–1800D high-tenacity polyester—including 1800D grid-reinforced, 1680D film-laminated, and 900D ply-twisted Cordura-style weaves. TPU lamination delivers >3000mm hydrostatic head with superior cold-flexibility and UV resistance vs. conventional PU. Tight twill or double-ply constructions minimize stretch under wind load, critical for alpine or polar expeditions. All fabrics undergo DWR and anti-UV finishing to prevent color fading and polymer degradation. We offer batch-controlled dyeing (ΔE ≤1.5) and can integrate custom jacquards or release-paper linings for condensation management—ideal for military, expedition, and premium glamping applications.
